SHIPPING POLICY
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are typically shipped the next business day. Larger orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed. All orders received on the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day. If we are not able to process your order within 5 business days, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your order.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We use these major carriers to ship our items: U.S. Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. We ship via any method – standard, expedited, next day, express saver and international. We reserve the right to change the shipment method selected in order to provide the least expensive option available. We do not ship on weekends and U.S. holidays.
DELIVERY ADDRESS AND P.O. BOXES
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. You, the customer, shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address. We can only ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your shipment has been generated, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information through the carrier web site. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s web site.
Domestic shipments, depending upon the shipping method requested, can take between 2 to 10 business days for delivery based on the delivery service in the destination area. International shipments, depending upon the shipping method requested, can take between 5 to 20 business days based on the delivery service in the destination area.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
RETURNS POLICY
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
RETURN PERIOD
If an order has been delivered by the courier and is either damaged, faulty or the wrong item, a return claim MUST be filed with S.T. Action Pro within 3 days from the date of delivery.
If an order has been shipped with the courier and failed to be delivered within the expected timeframe a return claim must be filed with S.T. Action Pro within 5 days from the expected date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
Proof of purchase is required. The original invoice number or order number should be provided.
Orders placed through Amazon must be processed through Amazon returns.
Returns are not available because you, the customer, changed your mind.
RETURN PROCESS
Email details of your claim (including images of any damage being reported) to [email protected].
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
The following options will then be made available:
- Replacement – If possible, a replacement will be sent (subject to availability). You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fees for the items being returned. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the replacement items will be shipped.
- Exchanges – Exchanges are available only if the wrong item was ordered and the original item is returned. If possible, a replacement will be sent (subject to availability). You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fees for the items being returned. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the replacement items will be shipped.
- Credit – If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered for the full amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
- Refund – If a refund is required, it will be provided to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to 10% restocking fee. The shipping cost for the return of the items are covered fully by you, the customer. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be issued.
